3 wks vacation, 12 sick days, 11 holidays, merit based pay for increases.

Employment Arrangements: Full-time employment

Academic Faculty Option: Possibly depending upon credentials

Practice Schedule: 40 hours per week including one evening per week. Minimum 36 hours scheduled face-to-face patient care time up to 40. 4 hours admin time, if possible.

Loan Repayment: Yes, if candidate qualifies

Call Coverage: Call is expected primarily telephone triage one week per 4-6 weeks

Busy atmosphere with diverse client mix. We have 5 health clinics total to provide service and at present, there approximately 20 providers including physicians and mid-levels. The sites are staffed with RN, LPN, MA, Practice Coordinator, Nutritionist, Pharmacy Staff, Interpreters, Social Workers and various other social service workers. The Columbus Neighborhood Health Center system provides a stable opportunity for the future.
