I think that the developer did handle it good, but he should of thought about the enviroment and how it was better not to build the land for the envirnment. I do think it was unfair that he did not get his money because that is what he needs inorder to survive and pay his bill. This matter could have been handled in a more mature way.


This could be avoided in the future if they make sure they have the correct information and facts. They should look at there legal documents and maybe take a tour of the land before purchasing anything. There are many other ways this could have been pervented.
