1. Define inarticulate, marginalization, and political.
Inarticulate -- lacking the ability to express oneself in clear and effective speech.
Marginalization -- to place in a position of importance, influece, or power.

2. I think it means that people today are becoming more articulate and that the inarticulate people are going to be left behind. The internet is getting to be more advanced and if you are inarticulate you will not know how to use the computer and not be able to express yourself.

3. I do think that this is true ,because people are getting smarter ,and if you can not keep up with the articulate people then you will be left behind. This statement shows how we view the world and define others that are inarticulate and aren't as percise and perfect.
